Allama Iqbal Open University’s decision to establish AIOU SWIFT centers across the country.
Islamabad; Allama Iqbal Open University has decided to establish AIOU SWIFT Centers across the country. These SWIFT Centers will provide digital/online admission and related information and facilities to existing and new students. According to the information released by Allama Iqbal Open University, on the direction of the Vice Chancellor of Allama Iqbal Open University, these SWIFT Centers will be registered with Allama Iqbal Open University and will promote the sixty inclusive educational services of Allama Iqbal Open University in their area and digital facility center for students. Applications have also been invited from business people with digital facilities to serve as these centers. In which the last date for submitting the online application under the necessary conditions and procedures for establishing the SWIFT Center is July 7, 2023. In the conversation, Vice Chancellor Allama Iqbal Open University Professor Dr. Nasir Mahmood said that Allama Iqbal Open University is going to open a facility center with private partnership for the convenience of students and introduce a modern system by digitizing the manual system, thanks to which the students Problems can be solved quickly. He said that Allama Iqbal Open University students have great hope to continue their educational activities. He said that the university has started matriculation to PhD programs at a nominal fee and the ranking of the university has increased due to the hardworking tutors, which is a matter of pride. Allama Iqbal Open University ranked first among the public and private universities of Pakistan. Open University Impact Ranking 2023 ranked first among the 66 public and private universities of Pakistan. The Open University is the only university in Pakistan that is among the first 25 universities in the world. Apart from this, Vice Chancellor Allama Iqbal Open University Professor Dr. Nasir Mehmood and DGRS Dr. Malik Tuqeer Ahmad Khan visited Regional Office Faisalabad, they held separate detailed meetings with the staff and tutors and found immediate solutions to the problems faced by them. The Vice-Chancellor urged the staff to perform their services with enthusiasm to guide the students and remove the difficulties faced by them. The Vice-Chancellor expressed satisfaction over the performance of the staff and tutors. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nasir Mahmood and DGRS Dr. Malik Tauqeer Ahmad Khan also planted saplings in the premises of the Regional Office.
